Very spacious fully furnished bedroom with a double bed, bedside table, a small balcony closed, a fully fitted wardrobe (shelves, drawers and coat rack) and a large desk. The bedroom also has an electric heater. The bed has a pillow and mattress cover. Linen duvet and towels will not be provided. The room has a lock and is bathed with natural light.

The flat is 110 sq m including 3 spacious bedrooms for single use, a large fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and a laundry area, a large living room with lots of natural light since it has a very big window and a terrace. There is also another bathroom, which is shared by the other 2 tenants. There are other students and families living in the building, which has 4 lifts.

The flat is on Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, an extremely wide avenue with a central promenade full of green areas; this is the area where most students reside in Valencia. Despite being a quiet neighbourhood, the area is perfect for students, since is next to the main pub areas (Cedro Square, Honduras Square and Xúquer Square). It is a very lively area with lots of street life thanks to the great climate of Valencia. There are some convenience stores very close, as well as a hospital and a health care centre.

The area is very well connected: there is a valenbisi parking rack (Valencia’s public bike system) a minute away from the building, tram and metro stations within walking distance and a bus stop just in front of the building. Also, the main campuses (Tarongers, Politècnic and Blasco Ibáñez) are 5-10 minutes away, and the beach about 15 minutes away.
