Fully furnished bedroom with a large single bed (135x190) and bedside table and fully fitted wardrobe (shelves, drawers and coat rack) and a large desk. The bedroom also has an electric heater. The bed has a pillow and mattress cover. Linen duvet and towels will not be provided. The room has a lock and is bathed with natural light.
The building has a lift from level zero. The flat was refurbished in the summer of 2014. It is 140 sq m including 4 individual bedrooms; large fully equipped kitchen with a small balcony and a large living room with lots of natural light since it has a very big window and a terrace. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and there is another shared bathroom for the rest of the rooms. There are other students and families living in the building.
The flat is fully equipped: washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and electric heaters in each room, iron and ironing board.
The flat is located in Benimaclet, on Almazora Street, a wide and quiet street with lots of trees. In this neighbourhood there are lots of restaurants, bars, pubs and student associations. It is a very lively area with lots of street life thanks to the great climate of Valencia. It is close to Blasco Ibañez, within 15 minutes distance with some convenience stores, as well as a hospital and a health care centre.
The area is very well connected: there is a valenbisi parking rack (Valencia’s public bike system) a minute away from the building, tram and metro stations within walking distance and a bus stop just in front of the building. Also, the main campuses (Tarongers, Politècnic and Blasco Ibáñez) are 5-10 minutes away, and Burjassot within 15 minutes distance to the tram. The flat is also very close to Universidad Católica de Valencia, and the beach and town centre are about 15 minutes away.

The web prices not included bills. The amount to be paid every month is 60 euros per tenant, with a limit of 80 euros for each water, electricity, gas and internet bill.
