Very bright room because it has two large windows.

The room has a large bed (135x190 cm), study table, chairs, bedside table, wardrobe and shelves.

The bed has a pillow and mattress cover. Linen duvet and towels will not be provided. The room has a lock and is bathed with natural light.

The apartment is 140 sq m, includes 4 spacious single rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space with a terrace and a living room with a balcony. There are 2 bathrooms, each of them to be shared with another tenant girl.

The flat is fully equipped: washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, air conditioning, central heating, hoover, iron and ironing board. The TV has pre-paid Netflix connection.

The house is located in an historical building typical for the neighbourhoods nearby the beach of Valencia. , The apartment was reformed very recently.
Halfway between the beach and the university’s campus (UPV and UV), with very good metro, tram and bus connections.  10 minutes to the beach, 15 to the university and 20 to the city centre. By bike even quicker!

Supermarkets, food markets and other services (pharmacies, bars, restaurants …) are around the corner.

Next to the building is a valenbisi parking rack (Valencia’s public bike system)bus, tram and metro stations within walking distance (2-5 minutes).
